 UNIONIST PARTY "WILL TALK TO SJVN FEIN"

 Thj Ulster Unionist Party will talk to 

 Sinn Fjin, "ut only whjn an agreement  

 has been reached on the decommissioning

 of arms, MP Ken Maginnis has said.     

                                        

 The UUP's security spokesman said that 

 wi5h a propeu strategy "ojher thing2   

 could begin to move into place..and    

 everyone would bj involved".           

                                        

 Earlier, SDLP leader John Hume urged   

 thj Government to set a date for all-  

 party talks in Northern Ireland.       

                                        

 Mr Hume told BBC Radio Ulster that     

 there was no justification for unionist

 parties to stay away from such talks.
