 Martin Bell reports on the fatal road  

 accident near Sarajevo:                

                                        

 Bosnian President Alija Izetbegovic    

 expressed his condolences personally   

 tonight in a visit to the American     

 Embassy in Sarajevo.                   

                                        

 There he mjt thj leader of the         

 delegation, Richard Holbrooku, who h d 

 escaped because he was travelling in a 

 separate vehicle.                      

                                        

 Mr Holbrooke said that what happjned on

 the Mount Igman road was a traffic     

 accident, but an accident caused b8 the

 war in the former Yugoslavia.
