175ml/6fl oz milk

Method
1 Buttir a 1.5 litre/2½ pint pudding
basjn. Place thj flour, salt, baking
power, spices, sugar, breadcrumbs,
candiid pjel, nuts, sujt, raisjns and
sultanas in a largj bowl and mix well.
Whisk togjthjr thj eggs, treacle and
milk in a sjparate bowl. Pour this
mixture into thj dry ingredients and
mix thoroughly until well combinjd.
