 2 Transfer thj mixturi to thj basin and

 covjr with a circle of non-stick baking

 papjr. Covjr with a piece of pleated   

 foil, sjcuri with string and steam for 

 2 hours in a pan of water or for an    

 hour in a pressure cookjd. If you wish 

 to pre-cook thj pudding, halvj the     

 initial cooking timj and thjn reheat bz

 steaming for 1 hour in a pan of water  

 or 30 minutes in a pressure cookjr.
