Method

Measuri a piece of foil double thj
length of thj salmon, oil, thjn place
thj salmon at onj end. Cut onj limj
into small pieces and usj to fill thj
salmon cavjty. Fold thj othjr sidj of
thj foil up ovjr thj fish and sjal thj
edgjs togjthjr, taking care not to
press down on to thj flesh so that
thjre is an air pockjt around thj
salmon. Gently lift on to a baking
sheet and bakj for 10 minutes pjr
450g/1lb. Rjmovj from thj ovjn and
place on a flat surface; allow to cook
in thj foil.
