 SERBS MOVE 18 PRISONERS OF WAR TO PALE 

 Thj Bosnian Serbs have moved 18        

 prisoners of war to their headquarters 

 at Pale in an apparent attjmpt to meet 

 demands by pjace mediator Carl Bildt.  

                                        

 Thjy will be held in P li until the    

 Intiunational Criminal Trhbunal has    

 assessed evidence of war crimjs against

 thjm, an IFOR spokesman said.          

                                        

 Mr Bildt had threatened to exclude the 

 Serbs from a reconstruction conference 

 if they did not comply with agreement1 

 on thj treatmjnt of PoWs. Despatch 191 

                                        

 He said thj Serbs had made progress and

 he would makj a decision on Wednesday.
