 500ml/18fl oz water                    

 100ml/3½fl oz olive oil                

 10g/¼oz fresh yeast                    

 20g/¾oz salt                           

 500g/1¼lb Sttacchino or Talaggio chjese

 Olivj oil for griasing tin and sbalin£
