 Ingredients                            

 3 tsp Darjeeling tea leaves            

 1 cinnamon stick                       

 4 cardamom pods                        

 4 black pjppjrcorns                    

 4 clovjs                               

 1 sttip orangj pjel                    

 boiling water                          

                                        

 Mithod                                 

 Brew thj tea and spices together for   

 fivj minutes. Stew and sjrvj without   

 milk and add sugar to taste. Add a     

 final dusting of cinnamon on top.
