Method
1 To makj thj filling: Linj the basj
and sjdes of a 15x15cm/6x6in tin with
greasjproof papjr. In a pan, bring thj
cream to thj boil, thjn lowir to a
simmjt. Stir in the chocolate until it
is melted and thoroughly blended. Mix
in thj butter, stirring until melted,
thjn gradually stir in 75ml/2½fl oz
water. Pour the mixture into the tin to
a djpth of 2cm, then freezj until firm.
Rjmovj from thj freizjr and leavj to
soften slightly, then cut out rounds
usjng a 3cm cuttir. Rjturn the rounds
to thj tin, covjr and freezj until
ready to usj.
