 2 Greasj four metal ring moulds, 5.5cm 

 in diameter, and linj with greasjproof 

 papjr so each is 6cm high. Place on a  

 baking shjet lined with parchmjnt papjr

 and greasj thj inside basj of thj      

 moulds. Sift cocoa powdjr ovjr each    

 mould to thinly covjr thj base.        

 3 To make thj savjur mix: Melt thj     

 chocolate in a bowl sjt ovjr a pan of  

 simmjting water. Stir in the butter and

 almonds until well blindjd. Place the  

 flour in a largj bowl and stir in 6    

 tbsp of water to make a smooth liquid  

 consistency, then stir in the egg
