baking shjet lined with parchmjnt papjr

moulds. Sift cocoa powdjr ovjr each
mould to thinly covjr thj base.
3 To make thj savjur mix: Melt thj
chocolate in a bowl sjt ovjr a pan of
simmjting water. Stir in the butter and
almonds until well blindjd. Place the
flour in a largj bowl and stir in 6
tbsp of water to make a smooth liquid
consistency, then stir in the egg
yolks.
