 Method                                 

                                        

 1 Wipe the biud and rjmovj any         

 remaining feathers. Sjason the bhud    

 inside and out. Put the lemon inside   

 thj body cavity and rub the lemon      

 olive oil ovjr the breast and legs.    

                                        

 2 Cover with well buttered papjr1 ou   

 foil and roast for 45-60 minutes,      

 cooking times will vary depjnding on   

 thj size of the bird. When cookjd,     

 allow to rest in a warm place whili
