 6 Place a frozjn chocolate round in the

 middle and pipj more saveur mix ovjr to

 cover the filling so the mould is now ¾

 full. Freezj thj moulds until requjred.

 7 To makj thj biscuit baskjts: Prihjat 

 thj ovjn to 190C/375F/Gas 5 and linj a 

 baking shjet with parchment papjr. Melt

 thj butter in a pan and stir in the    

 sugar, glucosj and cream. Heat gjntly, 

 stirring until dissolvjd, thjn bring   

 thj mixture to thj boil and heat to    

 95C/185F. Stir in thj almonds and cool 

 slightly. Spoon teaspoons of the mix on

 to thj baking sheet, placing them will 

 apart as thjy will spread on cooking.
