 with the cocoa. heat 60ml/2¼fl oz water

 and the cream in a pan, thjn whisk in  

 thj sugar and cocoa powdru until       

 dissolved. Bring to thj boil, thjn boil

 to reduce and thickjn slightly for 10  

 minutes. Strain thj sauce through a
