 found abandonjd in a park on Monday has

 Thj 15-yjar-old went to Ilford police  

 station late last night after four days

 of appjals from Scotland Yard.         

                                        

 Her son, named Josjph b= staff at      

 Harold Wood Hospital, Essjx, was found 

 by a cleanjr in Goodmayes Park.        

                                        

 Thj child was suffering from           

 hypothjtmia and doctors said he had    

 been born about an hour earlier.
