 The Scottish National Liberation Army  
 has claimed responsibility for the     
 bomb which infured four soldiers in    
 south-east London today.               
                                        
 The blast was at the Royal Artillery   
 barracks in Woolwich.                  
                                        
 The four men  were taken to nearby     
 hospitals, but were not seriously hurt.
 A woman passer-by suffered shock.      
                                        
 Scotland Yard's anti-terrorist squad   
 said the bomb was made from 15-20lb    
 of commercial explosive, which was     
 placed by hand against an outside wall.
