 The US government has blocked the      

 shipment of three high speed patrol    

 boats to NicaraguaN                    

                                        

 American officials claimed that the    

 Sandinista government intended to use  

 the craft for leftist insurgent        

 activities in Central America.         

                                        

 The 25-foot boats, equiped with high   

 performance engines and sophisticated  

 electronic gear, were seized in Miami  

 as they were loaded aboard a Panamanian
