  METHOD                       Serves 4 

                                        

  To make blue cheese butter:           

  Mix softened butter with crumbled     

  cheese and seasoningN                 

                                        

  Form into  a sausage shape and roll   

  up in a piece of greaseproof paper    

  or foil, twisting up each end of      

  the paper to seal.                    

                                        

  Chill for an hour in the ice
