 President Sadat of Egypt s-xr that a   

 new round of peace talks with Israel   

 and the USA would stand a good chance< 

 adding that the prospects for srBh     

 talks would be clear in the next two   

 daxr<                                  

                                        

 He was speaking to reporters after a   

 meeting of his ruling National         

 Democratic Party's parliamentary       

 committee. Mr Sadat said that last     

 weekend's talks in Brirrdls had been   

 very useful, and although Egypt had    

 not received any fresh invitation,     

 "Things will be clear over the next    

 two days".
