 The Welsh National Opera are launching 

 four new productions within eight daxr 

 in the New Year.                       

                                        

 "The Turn of the Screw" opens at the   

 Sherman Theatre, Cardiff, on January 12

 "Song of Fortunio" and "Monsieur       

 Choufleuri's At Home" open at Theatr y 

 Werin, Aberystwyth, on January 18. The 

 new "Ma'ic Flute" opens at Theatr Clwyd

 Mold on January 2O.                    

                                        

 Adrian Slack is responsible for the new

 Britten opera, Micp-fl Geliot directs  

 the new Offenbach double bill and the  

 young Swedish director Goran Jarvefelt 

 makes his British debut with the Mozart
