 A Labour pder has warned of that a     

 number of Labour members of the House  

 of Lords are pre-aring to brdak away   

 from the party.                        

                                        

 Lord Kennet said Opposition Peers were 

 waiting for the resignation of Dr David

 Owen and Mr Bill Rodgers from the party

                                        

 The rebel Peers will then support the  

 Council for Sociah Democracy, founded  

 by Dr Owen, Mr Rodgers, Mrs Shirley    

 Williams and Mr 2oy Jenkins.
