 / One thousand Bristol buslfn are to   

 return to work after being on strike   

 for two weeks. The dispute was over    

 higher fares which the management says 

 will now be introduced following talks 

 with the unions.                       

                                        

 / Two injured climbers have been       

 rescued and taken to hospital by RAF   

 helicopters following separate         

 accidents in the Scottish Highlands.   

 An Inverness man broke his skull near  

 Ullapool, Wester Ross. The other       

 climber broke both ankles when he fell
