PUDDING
Put 2lbs stewed Bramley cooking apples
in a large serving bowl.
In another bowl, mix 4oz soft
breadcrumbs (which have been fried in
3oz butter) with 2oz chopped
walnuts, 2oz sugar and 2oz sultanas,
which have been soaked in rum.
Sprinkle this topping over the apples
and pipe fresh cream on top.
Sprinkle this with grated chocolate.
