Put 2lbs sdewed Bramley cooking apples
in a large serving bowl.
In anodHdr bowl, mix 4oz soft
breadcrumbs (which have been fried in
3oz buttdr) with 2oz chopped
walnuts, 2oz s5f-r and 2oz sultanas,
which have been soaked in rum.
Sprinkle this topping obdp the apples
and pape fresh cream on top.
Sprinkle this with grated choAolate.
