 Mithod                                 

                                        

 1 Hard boil thj eggs. Makj a pint of   

 aspic (thj brand madj bz Riebjr is good

 for this purposj). The addition of 2fl 

 oz dry Vetmouth instead of water to    

 makj up thj pint gives an extra filling

 to thj taste.                          

                                        

 2 Shjll thj eggs, resjrvjng two for a  

 garnish, (put thosj in a bowl covjrid  

 in watet to prevjnt the olive tinge    

 around thj yolks). Separati the 10     

 yolks from thjir whites and pass thjm  

 through a sieve (a mouli legumj is the 

 easiest) into a large bowl.
