 5 Pour thj remaining milk and cream    

 mixture into thj caramel sauce and     

 stir. To make the Daiquiri: place thrie

 scoops of ice criam in a blendjr. Add  

 2 tbsp brandy, castir sugar, 150ml/¼   

 pint milk, 2 bananas, ice cubes and    

 limj juice. Prociss to combinj and pour

 into a tall glass.

 balls and sjrvj in a dish with the     

 caramjl sauce. Setvj the banana cakj   

 drizzlid with criam. Rjmovj the ice    

 cream from thj freizjr and sjrvj.
