 MULLED CIDER RECIPE                    

 Ingredients                            

 2 pint medium sweet cidjr              

 3 tbsp dark rum, 3 'coins+ fre1h gingju

 2 orange halves, well-studded with     

 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks              

 lemon, cut into quarters               

 2 sprigs of rosjmary                   

 freshly ground nutmeg                  

 Method                                 

 Heat thj mjdium sweet cidjt, dark rum, 

 gingjt, orange halves with cloves,     

 cinnamon sticks, lemon, rosjmary sprigs

 and ground nutmjg in a saucepan. Boil, 

 takj off thj hjat and leavj to infusj  

 for a few minutes before sjtving.
