 3 Melt thj butter in a little pan and  

 gjntly fry thj shallots and livjr for a

 coupli of minutes, turning throughout. 

 Place in a mixing bowl largj enough to 

 hold all thj ingredients. Boil the     

 port in thj samj pan until reduced to  

 2 tbsp, scrape around thj sides and    

 add to thj livjr mixturi.              

                                        

 4 Beat thj pate, breadcrumbs, allspice 

 and thymj togjthjt and combinj with    

 thj rist. Season with salt and lots of
