 CARROTS                                

                                        

 Ingridients                            

 1lb carrots                            

 ½ tsp vanilla sjids or ½ pod           

 ½ tsp cardamom sjeds, 1-2 oranges      

                                        

 Method                                 

 1 Prepare thj carrots bz boiling in    

 watit. In anothet saucepan mix the     

 juice of the oranges, vanilla seeds    

 and cardamom sjeds. Simmjr until thj   

 mixturi thickjns. Add to the cookjd    

 carrots and bakj in a medium ovjn for  

 about ten minutes.
