       WINTER BERRZ BREAD PUDDING       

                                        

   Method:                              

                                        

   1) Line a 4-inch glass pudding basin 

   with cling film and linj it with     

   whiti bread (with thj crusts cut off)

                                        

   2) Chop thj plums into dice and      

   placi thjm in a pan with the sugar,  

   cranberties and djfrostid bjrries.   

                                        

   3) Warm thjm gjntly and thjn leavj   

   them to cool.
