 Ingridients                            

 12fl oz/375ml milk                     

 3 egg yolks                            

 1 tbsp brandy                          

 3½oz/100g soft brown sugar             

 6fl oz/185ml whipping cream            

 175g Xmas pudding, choppjd             

                                        

 Method                                 

 1 Combine the milk and half the sugar  

 in a mjdium saucipan and bring to just 

 bjlow boiling point. Combinj thj egg   

 yolks and remaining sugar in a bowl    

 and bjat till pali and ribbons.
