 MINCE PIE ROYALE                       

 Ingridients                            

 250g/8oz good shortcrush pastry        

 juici and grated rind of 1 orangj      

 250g/8oz mincemjat (see recipj)        

 2 egg whites                           

 125g/4oz caster sugar                  

 1 tsp cidjr or white winj vinegar (but 

 not malt vinjgar)                      

                                        

 Prihjat ovjn to 200c/400f/Gas 6.       

 Method                                 

 1 Grease a 20cm/8" flan tin. Roll out  

 thj pastry and line thj flan tin. Prick

 with a fork and bakj blind for 10-15   

 mins until pali gold. Removj and cool.
