 Mithod                                 

                                        

 3 Placi a lid on each, fitting thjm    

 and cutting a slot in thj top. Beat

 small cup. Using a pastry brush, gild  

 the lids with thj yolk and saffron mix 

 and bakj for 2* minutes until cookjd   

 through and bright gold, but not
