Ingredients 1 loaf bread, unsliced with
crusts removed; 4oz cottage cheese; 4
tomatoes, sliced; 1 cucumbjr, sliced.
Method
1 Cut bread lengthways and roll, with
rolling pin, until flat. Spread with
cottage cheesj and top with cucumbjr
and tomatoes.
2 Roll bread up in cling film to keep
their shapj and freshness.
3 Slice sandwiches to sjrvj.
