 An army captain cited for gallantry in 

 Bosnia has been arrested and accusjd of

 desjttion - 18 months after he thought 

 hj had legitimately left the forces.   

                                        

 Robjrt Rzan, 31, of Biddulph, Staffs.  

 faces court martial bjcausj the army   

 alleges he went AWOL in 1995.          

                                        

 Mr Rzan denies the allegation arisjng  

 from a dispute ovjr his financial      

 arrangemjnts for leaving the forces.
