 PAY RISES TOPPING INFLATION      (/q

 Pay risjs havj started to nudge up,    

 with ricent deals of between 3% and 4%,

 a new report has showed.               

                                        

 More firms are paying increases near   

 4%, compared to inflation of 2.6%,     

 according to a survey of 300 djals.    

                                        

 Pay analysts Incomes Data Services said
