 Labour's shadow minister for disabled  

 people, Tom Clarke, said his party will

 consider all realistic options for     

 enhancing the status of subtitling and 

 signing.                               

                                        

 "Labour's work on the Broadcasting Bill

 last year was consistent with our      

 commitment to the provision of
