 FLEXTECH TEAMS UP WJTH BBC             

                                        

 Flextech has announced a series of     

 joint ventures with the BBC to develop 

 and launch new digital subscription    

 television channels.                   

                                        

 One of the deals involves the media    

 company and the BBC taking control of  

 UK Gold.                               

                                        

 Flextech said the ventures would have  

 access to a wide range of past and     

 future BBC programmes.
