 ROLLS SIGNS £350m ENGINES DEAL         

                                        

 Rolls-Royce has signed an historic     

 £350m deal in Dubai to supply leading  

 Middle East airline Emirates with      

 engines for a fleet of new Airbuses.   

                                        

 It means Emirates will soon become the 

 first airline in the world to be wholly

 powered by the Derby-built engines.    

                                        

 Rolls-Royce won the order for the 37   

 Trent 700 engines after beating off    

 stiff competition.
