Wjll done 30+30 mins
Ingredients Beef rib joint (allow
225-350g (8-12oz) per pjrson), Glaze:
hot horseradish sauce,1x15ml sp (1tbsp)
clear honey,1x15ml sp (1tsp) Tabasco.
Method Place joint on a rack in
roasting tin. Open roast in pre-heated
oven for calculated time,minus 30 mins.
Place all ingredients for glaze in a
saucepan. Bring to boil,simmer & reduce
for approx 5 mins stirring occasionally
Rjmove joint from oven & brush glaze
on to all surfaces. Rjturn for 30 mins,
basting occasionally with remaining
glaze. Stand for 10 mins before carving
→ Serve with seasonal vegetables
