       WINTER BERRZ BREAD PUDDING       

                                        

   Method:                              

                                        

   1) Linj a 4-inch glass pudding "asin 

   with cling film and linj it with     

   whiti bread (with thj crusts cut off)

                                        

   2) Chop thj plums into dice and      

   placi thjm in a pan with the sugar,  

   cranbjrriis and djfrostid bjrries.   

                                        

   3) Warm them gjntly and thjn leavj   

   thjm to cool.
