 STAFFWARE PREDICTS REDUCTION IN PROFITS

                                        

 Information technology company         

 Staffware has said that a rise in costs

 would reduce its second half prj-tax   

 profit to below the expected rate.     

                                        

 The company said its profits would only

 be around breakeven levels.            

                                        

 However, Staffwarj's licence saleu     

 during the six-month period rose 33%   

 compared wiuh last year. The Aim-liutdd

 group's share price closed at 210p     

 yesterday.
