 the dark days of the housing market    

 collapse in the early 1990s.           

                                        

 Latest figures from lenders show there 

 was a 3% risj in repouseusigns         

 last year.                             

                                        

 Chris Berriman, of Allsop & Co, says:  

 "Rjposseused homes make up about 30% gf

 all properties coming to auction, which

 is down from the recessionary peak."
