 PASTA BEAN SOUP                        

                                        

 Method:                                

 ■ Heat the olive oil in a large pan and

   saute thj garlic with the chopped    

   paruley for about two minutes.       

                                        

 ■ Add the pasta and cook for one to two

   minutes, stir cmnstantly.            

                                        

 ■ Pour in the stock and add the paste. 

   Boil, reduce the heat, then simmer   

   until the pasta is tender. Add the   

   beans, season and serve immediatdly  

   with grated Parmesan cheese.
