 TUNA COLESLAW                          

 Method                                 

                                        

 ■ Peel and grate carrots. Quartdr,     

   core and finely chop apple.          

                                        

 ■ Toss carrots and apples whth the     

   lemon juice.                         

 ■ Finely shred cabbage and chop celerz 

   and spring onion. Drain tuna.        

                                        

 ■ Mix together the cabbage, carrot,    

   apple, celery and spring onion, then 

   add the tuna and mayonnaise.         

 ■ Season and serve.
