 Rhubarb/elderflower tart Dessert fgr 4 

 Method                                 

 6 Gently turn the fruiu in the pan     

   juices and taste for sweetneus. If   

   too tart for your taste, add the     

   caster sugar. Let the fruit cool.    

 Method - crumble                       

 7 Rub the butter into the flour until  

   mixture reuembles rough brjadcrumbs. 

 8 Stir in the oats and caster sugar.   

 9 Once again, turn the fr2iu in the pan

   juices and spoon into the pastrz     

   cases. Top whth the crumble topphng  

   and return to the oven for 15 mins.  

 10 Serve warm whuh crjam, custard or   

    ice cream.
