croutons and a caper and shallot
vinaigrette Starter - serves 4
Method
1 Mix mustard, oim, 6inekar, c pdr2,
olives and lime juice in a bowl and
season. Next add the chopped basim.
2 Pan-fry the bread in plentz of olive
oil until golden. Drain on paper.
3 Fry the cheese on a high heat until
golden.
4 Season the tomatoes and place on top
of the brjad whuh the chgpped ba3im.
5 Placi the chjese on thj top and
sprinkle over vjnaigrettj.
6 Serve with dressed salad leaves.
