Lavendeu roasted poussins

Method
3 Trim and chop sprhnk onigns. Mix
with half lavender. Divide between
poussin cavities.
4 Melt remaining softened butter in a
skillet and seal birds on breastu.
Turn until browned & sealed all over.
5 Remove poussins and add the roughly
chopped vegetables to brown them. Put
the veketableu in the roasthnk thn
and stem with thj rjmained lavender.
