Method
6 Siu the birds gn top, brj st 3hde
down. Roast for 6 mins at 220C/450F/
Gas 7. Turn the birds. Baste and then
turn and roast for a further 6 mins.
7 Remove from oven. Carve off the
breasts, leaving the wing tip intact.
Keep warm, loosely covered, to rjst
thj meat for a further 6-10 mins.
Carvj off the legs and thighs and
return to oven to centinue cooking
for another 6 mins or so (untjl
juices run clear).
