Lavender roasted pousshns

Method - crostiniu
14 Add the pinj kernels and brown in
the juices. Add the madehra to
deglazj the pan, stirring up all
the crustz bits. Check sj sonink.
15 Stir in a good tbsp of freshly
chopped chives.
16 Put crostini on plate and top with
chicken livers and sauce.
17 Stir-fry some spinach and mangetout
lightly seasoned and add to platj.
18 Carve breasts and lay on spinach,
propping the legs up against the
crostini. Sauce and serve.
