 Method:                                

                                        

 ■ Soak the gelatine sheets in 4 tbsp of

   the water for 5 mins, to soften.     

                                        

 ■ Heat the remaining water with the    

   sugar, stirring until the sugar has  

   dissolved.                           

                                        

 ■ Add in the softened gelatine and stir

   over a VERY LOW HEAT until dissolved;

   take care not to let the mixture
